Construction

All enclosure bodies & lids are manufactured from ABS techno-polymer, which is strong and light. These enclosures are rated IP 65. Small number of internal fixing pillars allows for increased internal working area. Smooth base to increase internal working space, with small pillars at the ends to fix a back plate. Increased depth allows connection of large diameter cable glands. Captive steel screws with universal cross/cut head.

Temperature Range:

From -15°C TO +60°C resistant to heat up to 650°C glow wire test (Available on request with heat resistance 960 °C glow wire test).

Finshes

Grey colour with smooth walls. Either press-on lid, lid fixed with vibration-proof steel screws or moulded polymer screws. Boxes are supplied with a matrix on the 4 sides to easily determine the centers & save time on drilling operations.
